A doubt
Hi,
I downloaded yesterday 1password 5 for mac and I want to buy the full version. But first I want to ask a couple of questions.
Imagine that I use 1password 5 to generate a password for my email that I cant memorize. A complicated one.
Every time I want to enter on my email, on my computer I use 1Password 5 to enter with no problems. But if I want to enter on my email on a computer were I dont have 1password 5 installed. My brother computer for example.
How can I enter on my email if the password its impossible to memorize, and I dont have 1password 5 installed?
Sorry for the english, hope you understand the question.
Thanks

There may be certain key passwords you need to remember in addition to your master password (your Apple ID password, Dropbox, etc.). For that kind of password it may be helpful to use a Diceware generated phrase (which would be easier to remember than a random, complex password).
If you use Dropbox you might consider using 1Password Anywhere. See this knowledge base article:
Can I access 1Password while away from home/traveling?
As I have an iPhone and iPad I sync my 1P data to those and thus have my data with me when I travel. I do appreciate that may not apply to you.

Hi @rogaucho99,
I'm like Stephen_C and if I were to lose access to my iPhone when I'm away from my Mac I'm pretty much screwed. If you're happy using Dropbox though and make both your Master Password and Dropbox password memorable then anywhere with internet access and a trusted machine can be used. At the moment I think I prefer this guide of ours for 1PasswordAnywhere. The one Stephen_C linked you to is newer but this link focusses more on accessing the keychain via Dropbox's website which is where you want to do this. The biggest reason is that most browsers won't allow JavaScript to run locally and JavaScript is required for the decryption.
If you have any questions do please ask
