NEW LICENSE OR TRANSFER

I have moved country and changed email address. Shortly after arriving my windows computer crashed totally and I have replaced it with a Mac. I do not have my previous purchase/license details and these can not be emailed as the address has changed. Can I retrieve the old license details? Can I transfer the previous one to my mac or do I need to repurchase the mac version?

    I suggest you send an email to support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. your full name;
    2. your full address when you purchased 1P;
    3. the approximate date you bought 1P;
    4. the email address you used when you purchased 1P;
    5. a brief explanation of what you want;
    6. a link to this thread.

    You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two and speed the response.
