Sharing to PDF

I have the Convert to PDF app installed. If I try and share an item to PDF a message appears to tell me the conversion is taking place, but it never completes. Is this a 1Password problem?

Could you provide a bit more detail on where you're seeing this issue? Are you attempting to share an item via 1Password? If you give us a bit more insight into the steps that you're taking, we'd love to try and recreate it here so we can see what you're seeing. :)

What I tried to do was share an identity from 1Password on my iPad. One of the options is to convert the item to a PDF file. I have an app called Convert to PDF installed, so I guess IOS told it to convert the file. That's as far as it went - a message appeared to say it was converting the identity to PDF and it just sat there. I ended up cancelling the request. I imagine that if you don't have an app that can generate PDF files then you won't see this option. The problem might be to do with the PDF app of course.

I've just tried saving a webpage in Safari to PDF using the same app and it worked fine.

I don't have a PDF converter installed, but I just tried the other sharing options on a 1Password identity (printing, mailing as plain text, etc) and they all work as expected. Could you please verify the same?

Yes, everything else works fine.

Okay, thanks for confirming. I suspect there is either an issue between 1Password and this specific sharing app or 1Password and 3rd party sharing apps in general then. All of the Apple ones work.
