    I have 1Password 5 on a 4-month old Mac OS X Yosemite Version 10.10.3. I also have it installed on Safari for the same Mac and on a Dell with Window 7 Pro. I can no longer use the Google browser extension and the link to resolve this issue is not useful. If you can provide info, that would be great. I am and IT professional, but even so, don't want to read 20 page of junk. I just want to know how to fix this issue on my two computers. Simple. I'm busy.

    Sorry to hear about your trouble getting the Chrome extension to work. As this question is unrelated to iOS I've moved your post from the iOS forum to the Mac forum.

    In order to get this sorted out, I'll need to know a little bit more about your 1Password ecosystem. To be clear, this is happening on two computers? A Mac and a Windows PC? And you're seeing the same symptoms on both?

    • What is the exact version number of 1Password that you have installed on each computer?
    • What version of Chrome do you have, and what is the version of the 1Password extension installed within it?
    • What exactly happens when you try to use the Chrome extension?

    The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to get you sorted out! :)
