iPod Touch first generation

Hi,
I am not sure where I should put this.
I still have a first Gen iPod Touch. I had to do a reset/restore. I have ended up not being able to get the 1Password app back onto the iPod. The oldest version I have is 3.7.2 in iTunes on the Mac, but it will not sync on to the device. Is there any way of restoring 1Password to this iPod Touch or is it now too old?
Thanks

PS 1Password was not the only app to not re-install, but it is the most important to me.

  • Hi @pdwm,

Which version of iOS do you have on this iPod Touch? 1Password 3.7.2 would be the last release of 1Password 3, which was the last 1Password app that ran on iOS 5/6. It looks like the very first generation of iPod Touch will only run up to iOS v3, which unfortunately would be too old to run even 1Password 3.

    Thanks for the reply.
The OS version is: 3.1.3(7E18) The iPod was running whatever version of 1Password it was until I did a restore, when I lost a lot of apps. But 1Password was the most important one.

    Thanks

  • Thanks, @pdwm. Unfortunately unless the App Store will allow you to download an older version from App Store > Updates > Purchased (at the top of the screen), then I don't believe it'll be possible to install 1Password on this device.
