i forgot the 4 digit pin to open 1password on my IOS device. I remember the master password. Is there any way i can reset my pin using my master password?

    I don't remember my PIN either but when I launch 1PW on my iphone it prompts me for my password and all works OK.

    Hi @vj_bala,

    Certainly, if you are using 1Password 5 for iOS:

    If you restart the phone you'll be prompted for the Master Password instead of the PIN. You can then change your security settings.

    thanks for the response. i have 1Password 3.7.2. It doesn't ask for master password even after restarting the phone. the app still asks for "unlock code"

    Unfortunately 1Password 3 (which was discontinued in 2012) doesn't function in the way I described. I do not believe there was any way to bypass the PIN and go directly to the Master Password to unlock in 1Password 3. My apologies for the inconvenience.
