1PW Pro
Got 1PW Pro installed on iPhone but cannot download to iPad! Have tried both Apple ID's and get message saying it is not associated with Apple ID! iPhone says Pro was purchased, iPad does not!
I only have 2 ID's and neither works.

Hi @rsime,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating the Pro features on your iPad.
In order to activate the Pro purchase not only do you currently need to be logged in with the Apple ID the purchase was made on, but you also have to install the app with that ID. So, if you had originally installed it with the ID that doesn't have the purchase, you'd have to uninstall and reinstall with the correct ID.
Note that uninstalling the app will remove all of the data within it as well, so if you have data you want to save you'll want to make a backup:
