Unable to load PDF under Secure Notes in iPhone

Hi,

Unable to load the PDF files from Secure Notes using iPhone (iPad works fine with no issue), both using iOS 8.3. Have re-synced the data from Mac Book to iCloud and re-activate the sync on the iPhone, the problem persisted.

Is this a known issue on iPhone?

    Did you make the in-app purchase to unlock the pro features? One of the pro features is:

    Viewing attachments

    so I thought it worth just checking you had done that.

    Hi @Keithsg,

    I'd love to hear a bit more about this. As Stephen says, the Pro features are required to view attachments. Is there a chance that you've purchased the Pro features for your iPad but have not yet applied them to your iPhone?

    If this is not the case, let's see if we can narrow this down:

    • When you tap on an attachment, what do you see?
    • Is there any error message?
    • Does this apply to all PDF attachments, or just a few?
    • Does this happen to attachments of other file types?

    The more detail you can provide, the more quickly we'll be able to straighten this out. :)
