Just resurrecting this old thread, if you'll pardon the pun!
I've just upgraded to 1Password 4 and will be creating a shared vault with my wife. However, I would like to create a digital will (i.e. a Dropbox copy) that my sister can access, since she is the most likely to be able to navigate it as a 1Password user herself. This used to be easy as I could just share the Dropbox folder with her and give her the master password to use in case of emergency only. Now that I use iCloud sync this is no longer an option, or is it...
My plan, although I haven't implemented it yet, is to sync the backup files to a shared Dropbox folder using Hazel (which will also trash older backups as a housekeeping measure). Should the worst happen she can restore the file from the backup and use the master password that she will store in her own copy of 1Password.
I plan to create a secure note that will outline the basics and use tags to create a digital will smart folder to sift out the random website paswords, etc. and only leave the important info visible for action in the event that by my wife and I die in a freak scuba diving accident, or the equivalent.
Does anyone have any fresh views and ideas on this topic since the previous discussion?

Unless Agile.ws acts as the storage and gatekeeper of my data, there is no way to know a data (or a copy there of) has been viewed by a third party.
Keep a copy of the master password and of your Dropbox login in your safe deposit box. Your bank logs all accesses to the box.
