My master password is not letting me in on my iPhone 5.

I wrote my master password on an iPad document and copied into the 1Password field, and it worked. Then I sent the document to my iPhone and copied the password from it. The password does not work on my iPhone 5 to get into the 1Password app. I am not sure if I have used the app on the iPhone before.

@JohnLosse: There are a few things to keep in mind here it sounds like:
    1. Unless you sync'd your existing 1Password vault from the iPad when you set up 1Password on the iPhone, they will have different Master Passwords.
    2. Until you unlock 1Password on the iPhone with its current Master Password and sync your data from the iPad, they will continue to have different Master Passwords.

You can try the steps in this guide to unlock 1Password on your iPhone...but if you have all of your 1Password data on your iPad, it may just be simpler to delete 1Password from your iPhone, reinstall it, and sync everything over from the iPad. That way you'll have the same data, the same Master Password, and you can continue to keep everything in sync between the two.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)

I'm having the same problem. I can not sign in on my 1 password, with my finger print or master password, after I reboot my iPhone 6 plus. Question. If I delet the app will I be charge again to re install

@Narvell - You won't be charged to download the application again, as long as you are signed in to the App Store with the same AppleID you used to get your copy before. If you delete it, though, you will lose all your data, unless you have backed up your data or have syncing set up by Dropbox or iCloud.
