my iPhone 6 is not syncing with iCloud

I've spend most of the day syncing devices iPhone 6, iPad air 2, with my mac (yosemite). the iPad now syncs but not the phone. Can anyone help me directly with this? I'm fried.

Extension Version: 4.3.1
OS Version: iOS 8.3
Sync Type: iCloud

    I'd be happy to help you get that resolved. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from each of your iOS devices:

    Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.

    A short note here with your ticket ID which our friend BitBot will email you once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
