After rebooting my iPhone 6 plus, I have not been able to sign in, with my finger print or master password, like before

    No help, I have been trying also, wish I would have check this out first. Very bad new.

    Please go through the steps in this support article and see if any of them help:

    My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?

    If you really cannot remember your Master Password, you would need to follow the link at the end of that article to start over. Perhaps that won't be necessary, though, so please do try the other steps first.

    My MP works fine but the finger print notice doesn't show up and, of course, the finger print doesn't do anything. Suggestions?

    Hi @Plato,

    We'd be happy to help you get that straightened out.

    Could you please let us know what settings you have set under 1Password > Settings > Security and also under 1Password > Settings > Advanced > Security ?

    Settings > Security
    Lock on Exit ON
    Auto-Lock 10 minutes
    Touch ID ON
    Clear Clipboard 2 minutes

    Settings > Advanced
    I do not have "Security" under "Advanced"

    I turned Auto-Lock off and back on several times with an iPhone master reset in between each off/on and now it appears to be working properly.

    Great! Which version of 1Password do you have? With the latest version you should definitely have a Settings > Advanced > Security
