WiFi sync to two iPads - getting 7027 error on Air2.
WiFi sync works between my iMac and iPad 2 but not iPad Air2 using Mac 1Password5 version 5.3.2, iOS version 5.4.2 - getting 7027 error. Using Mac OS 10.10.3 on 27 inch late 2012 iMac, and running iOS 8.3 on iPad Air2.
Please advise, thanks
Dennis

Hi @dkstorer,
I see you came here from the KB article on this issue, so I assume you've already tried the steps listed there?
If that is correct the next step I'd like you to try, please, is disabling sync entirely on all of the devices (including the Mac), and then start the sync setup process fresh:
Mac: https://support.1password.com/guides/mac/wi-fi-server-preferences.html
iOS: https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-ios/5/en/topic/sync-over-wifiAlso please confirm that the iPad Air 2 is indeed running 1Password for iOS v5.4.2.
Thanks!
Ben

Thanks Ben for the suggestions but nothing seems to work. I rebooted my Air 2, rebooted my iMac, rebooted my network router, each time then restarting the Air 2 from power down condition, turning on WiFi and trying to sync with the iMac. The iOS version of 1Pasword is showing as 5.4.2.
Then I discovered that my iPad 2 was running an older version of 1Password that does work with sync. After updating to the latest 1Password, it no longer works with WiFi sync, so I think the problem is in 1Password 5.4.2.

@dkstorer: Unfortunately this is not the case. 7027 errors started quite some time ago, sadly, and are a result of a corrupt sync state. In order to resolve this, please follow the steps in the guide to reinstall 1Password on your iPad Air 2 and sync your data back from your Mac.
I hope this helps. Please let us know how it turns out! :)

Thanks Brenty,
Reinstalling 1Password on the Air2 worked albeit after a few glitches and retries. Anyway, back in action. Just as an aside, I use this app constantly and would recommend it to others. Only one web site I use causes trouble because of a two step login process. And now the iOS extention has answered my needs on iOS Safari.

@dkstorer: Ah, excellent! I'm glad that did the trick. Thanks for following up! :+1:
We definitely appreciate your compliment and spreading the word! And while we unfortunately cannot do away with those multi-page logins (yuck!), if you ever have login issues be sure to report them via our Synapse website issue tracker (if you're on the computer) or in the browser filling category of the forum. Cheers! :)
