I don't use OneDrive, but you will only be able to log in directly with 1Password if the other application developer has added specific code to permit 1Password to communicated with it. Otherwise, copy and paste is the only way to transfer credentials to a native application.
I assume Microsoft has not added the required code, if you don't see the option to use 1Password when logging in.

Hi @shahab121,
I'm not sure I follow this point:
Firstly OneDrive is unable to logout unless you place a pic code
Could you please elaborate? Is this issue related to 1Password, or is this a OneDrive limitation?
I dont see the 1Password logo on the log in section to onedrive on my Iphone.
Hawkmoth is correct on this point.
Thanks!
Ben

You can create a login item for OneDrive. Just enter your email address, password and this url:-
login.live.com/login.srf?wa=wsignin1.0&rpsnv=12&ct=1433403052&rver=6.4.6456.0&wp=MBI_SSL_SHARED&wreply=https:%2F%2Fonedrive.live.com0 -
@shahab121:Indeed. While it is not possible for 1Password to 'inject' itself into the OneDrive (or other) app, if the developer of the app adds support for the 1Password extension you'll be able to use it like you describe. Let them know you'd like them to support 1Password!
In the mean time, you can still save a Login item for OneDrive in 1Password for use on the website (as tonydow describes), and then copy and paste your password into the OneDrive app to login. Cheers! :)
