Cannot get 1Password app on both iPhone 5 and 6.

I've tried various appleID's, iTunes accounts to even try to buy again...all show the greyed out "cloud" for download or "get" square so nothing happens when I touch them.

When I use the mac to uninstall and reinstall (which only works every once in awhile), the app shows up on the phone during installation and as soon as it's completed the install process it disappears off of the phone screen. It does however show up in memory usage though.

I cannot get it to install in any way shape or form! I'm confused as it works great on my phones...I went from a 5 to a 5s...and use it on my macs for home and work flawlessly.

Sync type - both cloud and iTunes for the app sync ...and the sync for the keys is via dropbox.

1Password has a "17+" age rating, which is required by Apple due to the fact that we have a built-in web browser. If parental restrictions are set to block apps with an age rating then 1Password will not be available on the device. Apple has more information on parental restrictions here:

that's awesome thank you ! so we can't have age restrictions for the kids and use this app? Just to be clear, there is no work around?

Good morning @Weldonst! As of today 1Password is now rated 4+ and can be installed on devices with parental restrictions. I hope this helps!
