Feature Request: iOS8 custom keyboard app to enable 1password access from any app

the iOS8 share extension has made 1password much more easier to use than before, esp. for Safari.

But a lot of apps still do not support the 1password extension and requires copy-pasting back and forth.
This is particularly problematic for some apps that refresh the login dialog box during multi-tasking; this makes it impossible to copy/paste both the login and password from 1password.

But a custom-keyboard could add access to 1password from any app without needing the app to be modified.

    Hi @smkp,

    The problem with this is that custom keyboards are not permitted in password fields, only system keyboards are. We discussed this here:

    It was suggested that we implement a keyboard anyway, but my personal perspective is that the usefulness of a 1Password keyboard would be severely limited without the ability to fill passwords. Unfortunately nothing has changed in that regard (it still isn't possible for a keyboard to fill passwords on iOS).

    It would definitely be a great idea if that were not a limitation though! We appreciate the suggestion.
