I have a new iPad mini and sync feature work won't work
When I have tried to load 1Password 5, I can not seem to have the sync feature work: I see none of my existing identities show up on the 1Password list? Can you assist me to correct this aspect of my application? Each time I've reinstalled my 1Password application, but I still can't seem to get the sync feature to work. Thanks, Bob

Hi @blabouy,
Given the version number you supplied, it would seem you are running 1Password for Mac as well as 1Password 5 on your iPad.
The first thing we need to do is ensure you are syncing on your Mac, that way there is something for 1Password for iOS to find :smile: Part of the appeal of 1Password to many of our customers is you vault doesn't leave your devices unless you specifically tell it to. That sadly does mean you need to set up syncing on each copy of 1Password 5 as we don't automatically fire your vault into the cloud.
Here is our Sync with Dropbox guide for Mac. You will want to set this up on your Mac first. I've chosen Dropbox because iCloud Sync is limited to apps or applications obtained via Apple's stores. That sadly means the 1Password for Mac (AgileBits Store) version cannot access the required iCloud frameworks to support iCloud Sync.
With your vault now syncing to Dropbox, our Existing 1Password user (iOS) should be all you need to help point 1Password for iOS to you vault in Dropbox and have the two in sync.
