iPad not syncing, but syncing between Mac & iPhone works.
I am running V 5.3 for the iPhone, v 3.9.1 for the iPad, v 5.32 for the Mac.
I have an iPad 2 running iOS 8.3. My Mac is running 10.10.3. I use Dropbox. I have one vault and the primary vault is the same according to settings in iPad.

Sorry to hear about the trouble syncing.
Please try this for me:
1) Add a uniquely named secure note on each device
2) Login to 1PasswordAnywhere and see if the note appears: http://learn2.agilebits.com/1Password4/iOS/Tutorials/ios-1pa.htmlThis will help us narrow down where the issue lies.

Okay, great! Well, not great, but that helps us narrow down where the problem exists, anyway. :)
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from each your iPhone and your iPad:

Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
