Duplicate charges
This is so frustrating If I had no there was no live customer service I would have never purchased your product. My credit card was charged 3 times for the same thing. Please correct!!!!!

I was able to locate the orders (oddly, one was under a different name) using your email address and have refunded the two licenses you have not yet downloaded. It looks like you may have reloaded the checkout page, which resulted in additional charges. But you should see the refunds show up in your account within a matter of days.
