What's the plan for 1Password on iOS9

Has anybody got anything to share? What I'm reading is that iOS 9 will support 6 digit PIN codes and 2FA built in. And about 70% reduction in the OS footprint

iOS 9 supports the same models that iOS 8 did. No apparent news of a iPhone 6S or such things.

  • It is still very early in the process, but we're definitely excited about both iOS 9 and OS X 10.11 and will certainly be evaluating what new features we can leverage with 1Password.

    Hi

I'm slightly disappointed that Apple didn't include the iPhone 4 (non s) model in the lineup. After all, iOS 8 managed to include almost every iPad except the original iPad and iOS 9 is following iOS 8 with the exact model requirements. the iPhone 4 could use the security updates. It's stuck at iOS 7.1.2.

  • It is a fairly new idea to publish an OS update that does not have updated hardware requirements, and nearly unheard of to publish an update that actually lowers the system requirements (for Apple and Microsoft, anyway). That isn't to say it hasn't happened, but I'm pleasantly surprised they didn't add additional hardware requirements.
