Unsuccessful in syncing iPad to Dropbox

I had been syncing via iCloud but wanted to switch to Dropbox. I get through to the point where I select the vault. I do that, and I do not Merge. After that, it goes back to choosing a vault. This iMac to iPad.

1Password Version: 5.3.2
Extension Version: 4.3.1
OS Version: 10.10.3
Sync Type: dropbox

    Hi @kfr3. I'll be happy to help get things sorted out here. :)

    You mentioned that you're not merging the two vaults--is there a big difference between the two vaults? If the two vaults are rated similarly, you can go ahead and merge the vaults.

    First things first, make backups on both the Mac and iPad. This will help just in case anything goes awry.

    • On the iPad, launch 1Password and tap Settings > Advanced > Create Backup
    • On the Mac, launch 1Password and click File > Backup > Backup Now

    Then go ahead and merge the two vaults. Let us know how that goes! Thanks. :)
