Locked out of 1password on my Ipad
Question for Tech support, I have been using product for 2 years now, all of a sudden I am locked out, my pad won't work. Using it on an iPad. What could be the issues? The only change I made was to add a banking app on my iPad, no changes to 1password, please help. Last updated 1password about 6 months ago. Using on ios8, sync to Dropbox.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with 1Password on your iPad.
Just to clarify, when you say you're "locked out" and that it "won't work," do you mean that your master password is not being accepted, or that you're unable to launch the 1Password app at all?
If your master password is not being accepted, I'd like to direct you to this troubleshooting article, which will hopefully help you get back into your vault.
