Can't get it to work or sync on iOS.

I twice paid for family memberships, once from Agile and again from the iTunes store in order to sync by iCloud. I cannot access 1 PW on our iPhones or iPads. My iCloud documents in System Prefs show two 1Password mini.apps; both are checked.
I cannot add the Mini 1 PW icon to any of my iOS devices.
Safari is the only browser I use.

    Thanks for using 1Password in your iOS devices! Sorry to hear of the trouble you're encountering, but we'll see what we can do to sort it out.

    1Password for iOS can only be downloaded from the App Store. Are you able to find and install it from there? Are you having trouble launching the app itself, setting up iCloud sync, or using any of the features? If you could explain a bit more about what you've tried and what's not working as expected, we can help you more accurately. Thanks!
