Pro Features iPad Air 2

I purchased the Pro Features but they are only activ on my iPhone, not on my iPad. It says "Unable to Restore Purchase". I was logged in with the correct Apple ID

    Hi @mactom57,

    Thanks for contacting us here about the problem you're having restoring the Pro Features purchase. Sorry you're dealing with that!

    I don't know if you use multiple Apple IDs, but were you logged in with the correct Apple ID (the one that originally purchased Pro Features) at the time that you first installed 1Password on the iPad?

    While you're logged in with the correct Apple ID, try uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password on the iPad, and then see if you can restore the purchase. It's a good idea to sync your data to the iPhone before you uninstall: Settings > Sync > Sync Now.
