    Hi @tommyljackson1,

If part of resetting your network settings required rebooting the iOS device then yes, the Master Password would be required. The way TouchID works is that we store your Master Password in a secure but temporary state in the iOS keychain and a reboot clears this area.

Here's the bad news. The only way to unlock your vault now is with the Master Password and there isn't a way to reset the Master Password on an existing vault. It's for your security, if the Master Password could be reset then anybody could do so given we don't store on of the users data. For your security the vault can't have any back doors.

Sadly it means that if you've truly forgotten the Master Password then resetting 1Password for iOS will be your only option. The link on how to do so is available at How do I start over with an empty vault? but I do wish to stress that after doing this the vault is gone - there is no way to recover a locally stored data in iOS after you've removed the app that was storing it.

It might be worth checking out I lost or forgot my Master Password. Help! for a couple of hints but hints is all we can do I'm afraid.

Now I've moved this thread to the iOS section because you mentioned Verizon and fingerprint which suggest TouchID on an iOS device. If I've made a mistake in doing so please do let us know.
