Apps on iPhone

I am fairly new to 1password and like it very much for my mac book pro, but am finding it very frustrating to use on my iPhone and iPad. Is there a way to use it to log into the apps on these devices?

You can use the 1Password extension for apps in iOS if, and only if, the developer of the application adds special code to allow 1Password to communicate with it. A list of applications that have done that is found here.

You can use the extension to fill credentials on websites in mobile Safari.

I've moved this post to the iOS part of the forum, since your question is about that version.

  • Hi @SandyT,

As hawkmoth mentioned a good number of apps have already added compatibility for filling directly from the 1Password extension. For those that have not, copy & paste still remains the easiest solution.

    Thanks!

    Ben
