i forget master password for sync my icloud and i can't sync new password for my icloud ..icant merge with new password in icloud cync... please help my for sync to icloud with new password

Sorry to hear about the trouble with your Master Password. It may help to start by checking out this guide:

Unfortunately if you aren't able to remember your Master Password the only recourse would be to start over, wiping the data from iCloud:

(see step #1 -- delete data from iCloud)
