  • Hi @helenarozabrus,

Thanks for taking the time to write in. I assume you have data in 1Password 3 that you'd like to keep? If that is the case then we need to get you up to the latest version of 1Password 3 (3.7.2) in order to proceed. You can (hopefully) get this from the App Store under Updates > Purchased in the App Store app.

Once you've got the latest version installed you can follow these instructions to upgrade (to v5):
    https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/

If you are unable to get the update to v3.7.2 for whatever reason there are also instructions in that guide for that situation.

    Thanks!

    Ben

    Hi,

To upgrade open the App Store app (tap the icon) on your device, then Updates > Purchased, and finally the cloud icon next to 1Password 3.7.2 on your list of purchased applications.

    Hi @helenarozabrus ,

I'm so sorry that you're feeling frustrated here! Did JWeaver's explanation of how to get to the App Store help?

The guide that Ben mentions should also tell you what you need to know. He linked to it in his reply, but if you click here, you'll be taken to the appropriate page in our support knowledgebase.

    I hope this helps!
