Open an item in the 1password browser using an ios url scheme?
Using an "ios url scheme" is there a way to launch the 1password browser for a specific item? For example... I would like to automatically log in to my "Citibank" login... it would be nice to be able to use "onepassword://launch/Citibank", have 1password open, prompt me for touch-id, and then have it automatically log me into my citibank account in the embedded browser.
I know 1password has an ios url scheme for SEARCHING items (for example onepassword://seach/citibank), however this still requires me to make a number of extra clicks to launch.

Hi @tjez,
I'm not aware of a way to do this with a URL scheme, but if you have the URL to a website on your clipboard and the
Settings > Advanced > Prompt to open websites
setting is enabled 1Password will ask if you'd like to be taken to that site when you launch it.I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.

I'm afraid that doesn't achieve the goal of having a single-click way of accessing a 1password site. I was hoping to use an ios app like launcher or workflow to create shortcuts for often-used 1password sites. 1 click from the today screen, followed by a touch-id verification to open my citibank account.
Is this a feature that is in development? Will it be considered for development? Is there a way for me to track this "feature request" and keep abreast of if you have scheduled it for implementation, put it on hold, or outright rejected it?

Understood. Unfortunately I don't know of a way to do that at the moment.

It'll certainly be considered. There are a number of factors of course that go into determining if a feature request makes the cut. A few of those are: number of requests from different customers or potential customers, possible impact (causing problems with other features, increase in customer service requests, amount of documentation needed, etc, but also the positive side such as attracting new users), amount of time required to implement and test, and available development resources, etc. And these priorities can change fairly rapidly. For example, when the Heartbleed SSL vulnerability was announced adding our Watchtower feature in 1Password for Mac became a very high priority, whereas prior it was on the to-do list but wasn't at the top. :) All that is to say even if it doesn't make the cut today or tomorrow it may still make it down the line.
I'd be happy to pass it along to our development team.
We do not offer a public issue tracker. When we have news to share about upcoming features we publish it to our blog:
Thanks!

I''m not sure if you are still looking for this, but in case you are, there IS a way to do this with URL Schemes.
Replace the http:// or https:// of the typical web address with ophttp:// or ophttps://
In your case, you could perhaps use ophttps://citibank.com (ignore the autolinking this forum box creates).
I hope that helps!
