New Iphone 6+. How to get the passwords back in my app?

Hi!

I had an iPhone 6+ and yesterday I went and exchanged it at Apple Store because I cracked the screen.

Now I download the 1Password and I try to somehow get my passwords back but I can't. I try to do the sync over iCloud but I get an error saying: "Failed to fetch some record zones". Did I just lost all my passwords?

How can I recover them?

    It seems like this might take some patience, but your passwords are safe. Read the top post in this section of the forum for more discussion.
