Restore 3.7.2 Version from Back Up download
I currently have passwords backed up to a version 3.7.2 1password app download. I have iOS 8.3 software on an iPhone 6. I am aware that the version of the app is outdated but I am trying to upload the old passwords on the old app to later update the app.
1Password Version: 3.7.2
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: iOS 8.3
Sync Type: WiFi

Hi @golf_best002,
You can actually restore the v3.7.2 backup right into 1Password 5 for iOS:
https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/#1password-3-7-1-or-earlier
If you are intent on restoring into v3, you can do that from within Settings > Database > Backup & Restore, in v3.
Thanks!

Ben,
Thank you for your help. Unfortunately, I am still struggling to recover the passwords from the back up download. I tried both ways; on the 1Password 5 I received a message that said 0 items imported, and when I tried on the v3 app the phone closed the app after I typed the password in after the restore.

Sorry for the delayed response, @golf_best002.
Could you please try importing directly into v5 again, and if unsuccessful, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device:
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can quickly track down the Report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
Thanks!
Ben
