Reset dropbox permissions

I am having dropbox syncing issues accross multiple devices. My husbands iPhone shows it is syncing 371 records but my iPad shows it is syncing 377 records. I have tried deleting the file in Dropbox and re-creating it but the results are the same. This is all a result of Apple changing how Apple iCloud ID's work. I used to have sync with iCloud enabled on all of my family's devices which worked seamlessly but Apple had to go and screw that up by forcing separate iCloud accounts for family members. Gah!!! Help please!!!

1Password Version: 5.4.2

  • Hi @Aaaah,

Sorry to hear about the trouble syncing with Dropbox. I'd like to get an idea of what data is actually making it to Dropbox.

Please try this test for me: On each device create a new Secure Note that has an easily identifiable name (e.x. "iPad test", and "iPhone test", respectively). Once you've done that, please log into the Dropbox web interface at https://www.dropbox.com/ on your computer. Open up the 1Password folder, then the 1Password.agilekeychain folder. Inside you should see a 1Password.html file. This is the "1PasswordAnywhere" feature. Log in using your Master Password, and see which of the Secure Notes that you created on your devices show up there.

Please let me know which ones are there and which are not.

    Thanks!

    Ben
