Can’t sync Mac and iPhone

Have Mac OS X 10.10.3, iPhone iOS 8.3 and 1Password 5.3.2
1Password is Agilebits purchase, iOS app is download from Apple

Can’t sync Mac and iPhone by any method

Can’t sync with iCloud - Existing Data Not Found
Can’t sync with Dropbox - Invalid email or password (but they are valid)
Can’t sync with Wi-Fi - Operation couldn’t be completed. Operation timed out
Can’t sync with computer-to computer network - tapping "Refresh List" in iOS app nothing happens

What should I try next?

    Hi,

    Since you're attempting to connect but not getting anything back, my first impression is that 1Password, on one or both of your devices, isn't establishing a proper network connection. I'd start in the Syncing section of the support guide and if none of those articles help fix the problem you'll find information on how to submit a Diagnostics Report and get further assistance from AgileBits Support staff.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password! I'd be happy to help you get sorted out. The link that JWeaver shared is a really good place to start, but if you'd like some more detailed steps, please let me know what sync service you would prefer to use. Troubleshooting one option is a lot easier than attempting to do three at a time. :)
