Are you saying you own iOS device only capable of running iOS 5? At a guess we're talking about a third generation iPod Touch or first generation iPad then. Anything newer should be able to run a version of iOS newer than iOS 5.
Unfortunately there isn't a version of 1Password for iOS available for iOS 5. That last version to support iOS 5 was 1Password for iPhone/iPad/Pro AKA 1Password 3 for iOS. It was discontinued some time ago and is no longer available for purchase. Those that purchased it at the time can still download it but you won't find it in iTunes. Sadly we just don't have support for your device by the sounds of it. I do apologise that it isn't better news.
