I notice that you list 1Password version 3.7.2 in your signature. The best first step I can recommend is this article from the User Guide.

@Knoack: Indeed! Regardless, be sure to back up your 1Password data from your old phone. We wouldn't want you to lose anything! And you can also restore from this backup directly into the new version of 1Password as well if necessary. I hope this helps! :)
