Can't find PRO license

Hi folks,

I just reinstalled my iPhone and on 1password 5, it will not restore purchases in order to get the pro features.
I assume I got PRO as an upgrade from version 4.
My iPad has a PRO license on it. And have confirmed I'm using the same iTunes store login with my iPhone and iPad (I also tried my alternate login).

Is there any way I can get pro on my iPhone?

    Since you say you bought iOS version 4, you definitely should have access to the Pro features on version 5 for no additional charge, provided all iOS devices are using the same AppleID. (I note that you say this is so.)

    Have a look at this page about the Pro Features. It tells you how to verify whether you have them and also how to restore them to a new device. Then let us know if that helps. If you have more question or if this isn't helpful, do post back.

    Hi @ekohn,

    Sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing with unlocking Pro Features.

    In 1Password on your iPhone, when you go into Settings > Pro Features, do you see the "Restore Purchase" link, or do you see something else? If you are able to click the "Restore Purchase" link, what happens? Does 1Password prompt you for your Apple ID password? Do you get an error message at all, and if so, what does it say?

    Thanks in advance for the additional information. A screenshot of anything unexpected would also be helpful, if you'd like to include one here. Hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this, one way or another!

    Hi Vee, yes I get the restored purchase link. It then comes back with a "failed to restore purchase". I have tried this with all possible emails signed into the iTunes Store. I've been an avid user for years. This is the first time I've experienced this problem.

    Thanks for that additional detail. I think this may be related to a known issue with 1Password for iOS, so at this point I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your iOS device: here's how.
