Reinstall 1Password Apps
Hi, i have a problem for after reinstall the Apps from apps store. Firstly someday my 1Password App has been disappeared, so i have to reinstall again, after install that only two options i can enter, 1) Create a new vault, 2)Sync with existing Vault.
The main problem is if i create a new vault that mean my pervious data/password will been gone. Also i do not use the Sync with icloud or dropbox.
Is any way that i could recover my 1Password data? Also is that mean everytime if i delete the apps and reinstall again, the existing data will erase as well?
Many Thanks.

Hi,
You said you don't sync with iCloud or Dropbox. Is your current 1Password vault saved anywhere?

Hi,
Yes, i didn't use sync with iCloud or Dropbox service inside the apps. what do you mean my current 1Password vault saved anywhere? (Create Backup)

Hi @codi,
Do you use 1Password on another device with the same vault, or have you ever created a backup and stored it somewhere?

Nope, using same device. I never use created a backup service in the apps.
But the problem is after i reinstall the apps, when i open it that only pop up 1) Create a new vault, 2)Sync with existing Vault.
There are no option for login with existing vault.0 -
@codi: Correct. When an iOS app is deleted, all of its data is as well; so there won't be any vault on the device for you to use when the app is reinstalled fresh. (Un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'recover for you.
If you really don't have your 1Password data backed up or stored anywhere, you will simply need to start over. I'm sorry that I don't have better news, but in the future be sure to back up your data — both 1Password and your entire device via iCloud — so you do not lose anything (besides time) should another mishap occur with your device.

How about if i try to restore the lastest iphone backup, will it be the apps data recover as well?

@codi: This is certainly an option, but I would use it only as a last resort. It isn't clear why, but iCloud or iTunes device backups do not always restore app data. I've had this happen to me repeatedly over the years, sometimes with different results restoring from the same backup. So if you are really out of other options to retrieve your data, you can try it, but it is not guaranteed to help. And also if a newer iCloud backup is made prior to that, it may wipe out the previous one.
