Getting the Customer ID to fill is trivial. However, the User ID has me perplexed. I've tried using UserName (web form details), but that's not filling. They changed the site a couple of weeks ago...

Hi @huffalumpy,
If you haven't already could you try our guide, How to manually save a Login please. I tested it and it allowed me to successfully create a Login item that stored both of the correct details and filled both fields. Now that link is for 1Password 5 for Mac so if that isn't what you're running could you let us know what version and which platform please and we'll supply a more applicable link to follow :smile:
