The text says "1Password will create a new file in Dropbox. The file will be created in the /Apps/1Password folder.
The buttons say "Ok" and "Create file"

It seems we have a translation issue in the iOS localisation. In English the two options are Dismiss and Create File. So where it currently says OK it really means Dismiss or cancel. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Exactly - the "OK" doesn't do anything. Imho the left button with the bold text should say "Create file" and the right button should say "Cancel".
Besides the translation error ("Dismiss" > "OK"), the "Create file" should be the standard action here and should be in bold.

Not wishing to be too sarcastic, OK is hardly a translation error for Dismiss!

I used the term translation error because I can see that at one point the word Verwerfen was suggested and for reasons unknown we're currently using the word OK instead. From a technical viewpoint it's a matter of changing the Crowdin translation in the German localisation files, downloading the updated files and adding them to the source. I freely admit it's odd but given this particular translation seems to have existed for a year now I can't comment on what happened at the time. Now it has been brought to our attention we can fix it :smile:

Given how we've mistranslated Dismiss to OK it would be correct that it appears not to do anything which is what you would expect from a cancel button. As for the button ordering and if the a bold font is used, we might be following iOS UI standards but that would be something I would expect the iOS developers to know more about than I. I shall ask about that.

Dismiss now translates to Verwerfen, the next time the developers pull the translations down this will be incorporated.

I am a native German and I feel that even though "dismiss" might be the correct term to use and "Verwerfen" is one translation of this word to German, it doesn't fit here. I'd suggest "Abbrechen" (cancel), because that would clarify that nothing is done and also that the process that the user is in will be canceled if he doesn't let the app create the folder.
"Verwerfen" is something that I'd use if you close an app with unsaved documents and then you'd offer "Verwerfen" (do not save, but dismiss) and "Speichern" (save). It indicates that there is something already that you throw away. But in this case there is nothing to throw away, so "Verwerfen" would confuse the user. "Abbrechen" would be the word you're looking for.
