Master password required often

Touch I'd on iPad is on and works fine. When I reboot my iPad, however, I am asked for my master password at least the first 10-15 times I open 1 Password. I checked and touch I'd is still turned on

Me too! Have to repeatedly enter password - very annoying. On my iPhone 6 plus.

Would you please both confirm your first three settings in 1P > Settings > Security and also in 1P > Settings > Advanced > Security.

Touch ID is turned on and master password was set to daily, just changed it to never. My main issue seems to be when using the app to enter info in safari user/password pages - almost always have to use master password to open.
