Certain login entries are missing?

Hi

I have been using 1Password for over a year now and have been greatly enjoying it. However, it seems that while most of my entries are still there, some of my login entries seem to somehow have been deleted, and I have no clue why. I am sure that I have not accidently deleted them. I am also sure that the entries have been saved before. It is almost as if someone manually deleted those entries, which should be near impossible considering one would have to get through my phones password first and then enter my 30 character password on 1password (I have 1Password set to lock when the app is closed). I have tried everything to recover them, including restoring my iPhone to every backup I have available.
I am using an iPhone 6 and iPad mini 2, both on 8.4. I'm using version 5.4.3 of 1Password, using iCloud to sync.
