Why aren't the correct credit card logos displayed on the iPhone version?

I just added 2 VISA credit cards and one other card to 1Password on my desktop. Here on desktop it shows the correct VISA logo for the visa cards and the grayish default card-logo for the other card. So all good here.

But now opening 1Password on my iPhone it simply shows the default gray-ish card logo for all three cards. It doesn't show the VISA logo at all.

How come?

This has been the case for the iOS version for quite a long time. There have been several discussions about it here on the forum. Here is one such thread from 2014, but if you search for credit card icons in the forum search box, you'll find several others too.

The AgileBits folks have recognized that users would like to see this change. In the meantime, one approach would be to convert the rich icons in the desktop application bu putting each record into edit mode, double clicking the icon, then saving the record. Those will sync to the iOS application. It isn't perfect.
