When I open the Onstar Remote Link app (iPhone/IOS) I do not see an option to access 1Password for auto entry on login information.

Onstar is not (yet) one of the apps that has added 1Password support:

Any developer can add 1Password support, and it is fairly easy to do so, but it is something they have to do on their end. Unfortunately we cannot do it for them:

In the mean time, the best way to get your credentials from 1Password into Onstar is likely via copy & paste.
