@Mhuusko: The best way to do this would be using a Secure Note. Currently only Login, Credit Card, Password, or Secure Note items can be added to 1Password on Apple Watch, but we hope to add more options and customizability in the future. Thanks for letting us know you'd like to have passports as an option as well! :)
