cant get 1pw to work with Southwest Airlines. Am I doing something wrong or have other had trouble?

    Hi @Dpotts,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please let me know:

    • What sort of difficulty are you having? Saving the login? Filling it? Something else?
    • What version of 1Password and what version of iOS you currently have?
    • If the problem is saving or filling, are you attempting to do that in 1Browser or in Safari? Have you tried the other? Does it work any differently?

    Hi Be, thanks for getting back to me.
    Filling it. Username /password don't fill on the full site and the mobile app doesn't have the sharing capability. iOS 8.4 and I believe 5.4.3 for 1pw. Doesn't work with either 1Browser or Safari. I'm new with 1pw so it could be operator error!

    Thanks, Dpotts. I did some digging on this for you and the suggestion I came across was to try this URL to login:
    https://www.southwest.com/flight/login

    Using the Safari extension I saved a new login for Southwest using this page, and then was able to successfully fill the login back into the same page.

    Please give that a try and let me know how it turns out. :)

    Whaddya know? I've been having no end of trouble logging into Southwest.com on Firefox on MAC also, and that URL fixed it. THANKS
