I don't even know how to use a forum or where to find my answers. I have a 2010 version and I am getting A problem occurred when loading the encryptionKeys.js" file.when i try to log in it saysA problem occurred when loading the "https://dl-web.dropbox.com/

The encryption.js file is where it's supposed to be in Dropbox. The URL that returns the 403 error is https://dl-web.dropbox.com/get/1Password.agilekeychain/data/default/encryptionKeys.js
Having seen a previous support article that suggested changing the master password, I did that. It did regenerate encryption.js and other files in the data folder, but the problem remains.
1Password Anywhere had been working fine up until about three days ago (I use it all the time with a Chromebook).

@karen2012 I have moved your post to the thread in the Lounge to which danco linked in his post because it covers the same point and you'll find any developments mentioned in this thread.

Sorry for the trouble everyone! Indeed, I just double-checked, and there's still no change: 1PasswordAnywhere is not currently able to load the necessary files from anyone's AgileKeychain.
Dropbox is working on a fix for this, and while we're a priority for them, I'm sure we're not their only priority, so I don't have an ETA on when they will be able to deploy a patch. Just rest assured that they're aware of the issue and working to get it resolved!

It appears that Dropbox has deployed the fix on their end, and I can confirm that 1PasswordAnywhere is working again here! Thanks for your patience everyone. :chuffed:
