Logins Disappearing

I've noticed that some of our logins have disappeared. First it was my wife's Gmail account and then her Apple ID. We use dropbox to sync between all three devices (my iPhone, her iPhone and our family iPad). Could there be a syncing issue? I'm wondering how many other logins have disappeared but I'm not fully aware of yet. Nothing has been purposefully deleted on our part.

    Hi @mikev2004,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble.

    Have the items in question disappeared from all of the devices?

    Lets test and see if syncing is indeed working as it should be. Please try adding a Secure Note to each device with a unique name (e.x. "Mike's iPhone," "Family iPad," etc). Then check each other device and see if those items sync properly.

    Same here-

    I use Dropbox for syncing. And the other day I went to use 1Password like I do every day and some common logins were GONE! I had to restore from a past backup that I chose by selecting the largest backup file (by file size) to be sure I could restore.

    What is going on???
