When trying to sync between iPhone and iPad I get message "unlock 1Password database". How?
I'm new to 1Password using. Version 5 on iPhone and iPad both running 8.4. When I try to sync using the iCloud with my data entered on the iPhone, I get the message: "Please unlock 1Password data" and it wants me to enter my vault password. I don't remember setting up a vault password so I am unable to use the sync tool. This is using my primary vault. I purchased 1Password Pro but from reading Dave's tutorials it appears that I don't have all of the Pro features available. The only vault option that I have is the Demo Vault. It gives me no option to creat new vaults as shone in the tutorial. Any help with sync will be appreciated. Thanks, Harridave

Hi @harridave,
When you first launch 1Password you are walked through the process of creating a vault. Part of this process is setting up a Master Password for the vault. It isn't possible to skip this step, as a vault cannot be created without a Master Password. If you have forgotten your Master Password please see this guide:
https://support.1password.com/forgot-master-password/
Additional vaults can only be created in our desktop products (sold separately). The Pro features for iOS enable you to access these secondary vaults via Dropbox. iCloud does not support multiple vaults.
I hope that helps. Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Ben
