iPhone6 - 1Password.agilekeychain file cannot be found in Dropbox

We have 6 devices using 1Password. Three Mac and three iOS devices

One iPhone 6 started giving the error message “The 1Password.agilekeychain file cannot be found in Dropbox” today. The Dropbox app is loaded on the iOS devices and can display all the files correctly. 1Password on the iOS devices and the Macs connects to Dropbox just fine.

I deleted the app on the iPhone 6, reloaded it and tried to sync to Dropbox with no success – same error message.

Also the Touch ID only works on the iPad2but not both iPhone6's. Love this feature.

    It should work fine on iPhone 6 devices. Could you please post what settings you have set under 1Password > Settings > Security on the devices that Touch ID is not working on?

    I assume you have Touch ID enabled for those devices themselves, right? I.e. You unlock the device with Touch ID and not a PIN code?
