Dropbox won't take Master Password
Hi, I am running the pro versions of the iPhone and mac 1Password app. I just created on my macbook a second vault, to sync over dropbox, because it did not give me the option to sync it over iCloud, where my primary vault is kept. The second vault is for a family member which I will manage, so dropbox is fine. The issue is that when I try to add the second vault on my iPhone, at the last step of the sequence to add the vault requires a password, and it won't take my master password or my dropbox password, or the old master I recently changed on my macbook. it will take no password whatsoever, preventing me from adding the second vault on my phone.
I am managing the vault, and need to access it from my phone so when my mother calls needing the password, I can grab it for her before she changes it with forgot password, which she keeps doing! and yes, I have put 1Password on her phone and iPad but... unfortunately she's going to call me before she figures out how to open the app on her phone! So I need it on my phone.
Thank you!!!

@Lesnla: Sorry for the confusion! Only Dropbox Sync supports multiple vaults and vault sharing. iCloud only works with a single (Primary) vault.
It's important to make sure that you're using the correct password int the correct place at the correct time. For example, you will need to enter your Dropbox password to login to Dropbox when setting up sync, then your Master Password for the vault you select to decrypt it.
Dropbox will not ask for your Master Password, but 1Password will need the correct Master Password for the vault you select to decrypt it; if it does not match exactly it will simply fail, as you describe. And (un)fortunately AgileBits has neither your 1Password data nor the Master Password used to secure it, so this isn't something we can 'reset' for you to help directly. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

If you changed your Master Password, you can try to restore from a backup, sync from another device, or — failing that — simply start over. 1Password is as secure as the Master Password you choose, but this also means that unless it is entered correctly even you will not be able to unlock it. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
